Allen Hossley was born in Vicksburg, Mississippi, where he lived for several years until his family moved to Dallas, Texas in the early 1970’s. Allen attended grade school and high school in Dallas before attending Texas Tech University in Lubbock.After graduating from Tech, Allen attended the University of Tulsa School of Law, in Tulsa Oklahoma, where he met his wife Jill.

Since graduating from law school, Allen has focused his efforts solely on assisting individuals who were harmed by the wrongful conduct of large companies. Allen now represents hundreds of injured persons across the United States and continues to dedicate his practice to helping working class citizens protect their rights against the corporate giants. Through the years, Allen has focused his attention on companies who peddled toxic products or exposed their employees to hazardous toxins in the workplace. As a result of his dedication, he has recovered over one hundred million for his clients. In 2002, Allen along with his wife, Jill, Jeff Embry and Renna Embry formed Hossley Embry, L.L.P. with the premise that the lawyers of Hossley Embry would continue to dedicate their time and resources to those injured by the negligent, intentional or wrongful conduct of others.

In 2002, Allen broaden his representation to help individuals harm as a result of defective and dangerous automobiles; pharmaceuticals drugs, including FenPhen, Baycol and Vioxx; implant devices; including heart devices, hips and knee joints; household appliances and heavy industrial equipment. To date, Allen continues to represent the working class and individuals stricken with cancer, mesothelioma and asbestosis that were caused by exposures in the workplace. Allen and his wife Jill live in Tyler, Texas and have three children. Allen is an active runner and cyclist and currently helps sponsors Garmin-Cervelo, an International Professional Cycling Team in Boulder, Colorado. Allen also serves on the board for the East Texas Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
