Jeff Embry’s commitment to each client is the same—if he takes on your case he will pursue it as aggressively as possible devoting everything he can to win. Jeff grew up in Houston, Texas. Following high school Jeff went to Baylor University in Waco, Texas where he worked summers to help pay his way through school. After graduating with a History and German double major, he went to law school at St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas on a Dean’s Scholarship. During law school, Jeff was on the Dean’s List every semester and served as Associate Editor of the Law Review. He was also an active participant in mock trial and moot court competitions. He was awarded the Patricia Scott Outstanding Advocate Award recognizing him as the outstanding trial advocate in the law school. Jeff graduated with honors, 13th out of 234 in his class.

Following law school, Jeff went to work for the law firm of Gardere & Wynne,  L.L.P. in Dallas, Texas. At Gardere & Wynne, he represented some of the largest  corporations in the Dallas area. Jeff soon realized that he wanted to devote his law  practice to representing people and not corporations. Jeff left Gardere & Wynne  and went to work for the prominent Dallas personal injury law firm of Windle  Turley, P.C. At Windle Turley, P.C. 

Jeff achieved record settlements and verdicts  for clients involved in various products liability, aviation, and personal injury  lawsuits. Jeff was made Head of the Products Liability Department at Windle  Turley, P.C., the youngest attorney to ever hold that position in the firm’s nearly 30 year history. In 2002, Jeff left Windle Turley, P.C. to help form Hossley Embry, L.L.P. and continue to dedicate his practice to representing individuals and families. Jeff is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

He is married to his wife, Renna, and has two boys, Mason and Dylan and one girl, Ella.
